AgentBoiler is an independent software product operated from Warsaw, Poland (the "Operator"). Payments and invoicing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), the seller of record for your transaction.

By accessing agentboiler.com (the "Website") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website is operated by AgentBoiler and provides information about, and a means to purchase, the AgentBoiler software template. The Website does not store, process, or transmit your operational application data - AgentBoiler is sold as source code that you self-host.

2. Purchase

Purchases are processed by Polar.sh, a Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you agree to Polar's terms in addition to these terms. AgentBoiler does not store your payment card details - Polar handles all payment processing and tax remittance.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, Polar emails you a license key and a download link for the AgentBoiler source ZIP archive. The download link is signed and valid for a limited time window. If you cannot access your download, contact hello@agentboiler.com.

4. License

Use of the AgentBoiler source code is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA). Read it before purchasing.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If AgentBoiler is not the right fit, email hello@agentboiler.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Acceptable use of the Website

  • Do not attempt to circumvent payment to obtain the source code.
  • Do not scrape or republish AgentBoiler content without permission.
  • Do not impersonate AgentBoiler or its representatives.

7. Limitation of liability

AgentBoiler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or the Software. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AgentBoiler in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active license holders via email.
