End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding contract between you (the "Licensee") and the operator of AgentBoiler, an independent software product based in Warsaw, Poland (the "Licensor"). Payment and invoicing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), the seller of record for your transaction. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software you accept this Agreement in full.

1. License grant

AgentBoiler ("the Software") is licensed, not sold. Upon payment, AgentBoiler grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute (as compiled / executed software) the Software in unlimited commercial projects developed by the Licensee, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Permitted use

  • Use the Software in unlimited commercial projects you develop.
  • Modify, customize, and extend the Software for your own use.
  • Deploy the Software on infrastructure of your choice.
  • Use the Software in client work (one license per developer).

3. Restrictions

  • You may NOT redistribute the Software source code itself, including reselling, sublicensing, or publishing as a competing template, library, or starter kit.
  • You may NOT remove, alter, or obscure any AgentBoiler copyright notice from the source files (you may add your own product branding to user-facing UI).
  • You may NOT use the AgentBoiler name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement of your product.
  • You may NOT use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.

4. Per-developer licensing

The license is granted per developer who accesses the source code. If your team has multiple developers working with the AgentBoiler source, each requires a license. Single-developer licenses may be transferred between projects but not between individuals.

5. Updates and support

You receive lifetime access to the version of AgentBoiler you purchased. Bugfix releases are made available free of charge. Major version upgrades may be offered as paid upgrades. Email support is provided at hello@agentboiler.com with a 48-hour response window for active licenses.

6. Refunds

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all purchases. If the Software is not the right fit, email hello@agentboiler.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENTBOILER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
